The Challenge
We were contacted by, Hammes Healthcare, a large national real estate development, investment and management firm that specialize in the health care industry. They requested that we provide surveying services for a proposed health clinic in the Atlanta area. The requirements included a boundary survey of the parent tract, a partial topographic survey, an underground utility survey, and a roadway as-built survey.
The Solution
We were able to use several of our next generation surveying technologies to complete this project within the client’s timeframe. We completed the topographic survey using our Drone equipped with state-of-the-art LIDAR mapping equipment. Using our GPS and Base and Rover technology, we were able to collect and establish control and to locate property corner information and complete the field work for this project in record time.
