The Challenge
A construction contractor contacted Valentino & Associates to do construction layout and staking. Another surveyor had already provided an ALTA/ NSPS Land Title Survey and Topographic survey, but this company did not have the needed expertise to correctly and accurately complete the construction layout and staking services that were required.
The Solution
Valentino & Associates correctly tied into the existing surveyor’s control and boundary information to provide the construction contractor with building layout and curb staking needs.
